Abstract

The existing approaches for evaluating research works are most based on citations counts. However, these methods face several drawbacks which have lead us to develop a new way for evaluating computer science journals. We propose a new evaluation framework intended to be used by experts. According to the votes made by them, we aim at computing the relevance of each journal in each research area.
