Block clustering via the block GEM and two-way EM algorithms

Abstract

When the data consists of a set of objects described by a set of variables, recently, we have proposed a new mixture model which takes into account the block clustering problem on the both sets. In considering our model under the maximum likelihood, we compare a block Generalized EM proposed from our model and the EM algorithm applied on the both sets separately.
